You totally can, as long as:
- It’s dark chocolate (at least 50% to 70%). This is the kind that lowers blood pressure.
- It’s sugar-free or very low in sugar. This will dramatically decrease the calories and potential tooth damage.
- Subtract the calories from your daily food intake: if you normally eat 1200 calories, make sure to stay at 1200 with chocolate included. if you eat 450 calories from chocolate, take 450 off your breakfast/dinner/lunch.
