How to reverse hypertension without pills

You can actually lower you blood pressure without pills or side-effects, using some specific foods and drinks backed by evidence. If you include those in your diet everyday, your blood pressure will go down:

  • Grounded flaxseed (1-3 tbsp).
  • Beet juice (16-20 oz).
  • Hibiscus tea (2-3 cups).
  • Dark chocolate (1 Sq.).
  • Berries juice (e.g.: strawberry, blackberry. 1 cup).
  • Leafy greens (e.g.: kale, spinach, lettuce, broccoli. 3 portions).

Now, there’s something very important to understand: adding those to your daily routine will only control the symptoms, which is the first step in the right direction, but as with pills, it won’t fix the underlying cause of the high blood pressure.

I was told by 3 cardiologists that this was a genetic thing that had to be treated with medication for the rest of my life due to its chronic nature. And they had “proof”: my father, uncles, grandmothers, and grandfather, all had hypertension and had been taking pills since forever. However, I was able to prove them wrong, reverse my hypertension, and quit the pills. My blood pressure has been perfect for 2 years now. Let me tell you how:During my initial research, I found out there are two types of Hypertension: Primary and Secondary.

FIRST, LET’S TAKE A LOOK AT SECONDARY:

“Secondary hypertension is when there’s an identifiable cause of your hypertension”. Only about 5 to 10% of hypertension is the secondary type. Those are the ones with thyroid or hormone abnormalities, adrenal gland, sleep apnea, or constriction of the aorta, and they’re potentially reversible just by treating those underlying causes. This is probably not you.

NOW PRIMARY (90% OF PEOPLE, MYSELF INCLUDED AND PROBABLY YOU TOO):

“Primary hypertension is also known as essential hypertension. Most adults with hypertension are in this category. Despite years of research on hypertension, a specific cause isn’t known. It’s thought to be a combination of genetics, diet, lifestyle, and age”.

If you’ve been taking pills for a long time, or just got started, I have excellent news for you: you hypertension is primary, and can be totally reversed with diet, just as I did!

Evidence proves that a whole-foods plant-based diet will reverse your primary hypertension. This includes as many whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and legumes as you want. So, why won’t cardiologists tell you this? There are many reasons, from not really knowing about this, to actually knowing but opting for hiding it from patients because, as some woman that reversed her hypertension with diet shared here in a Facebook group, she told him about her achievement, and he said that if he told everyone about it, he would lose all his clients.
